I have dark brown, almost black hair hair with stubborn gray around the hairline. I want to cover the gray and am considering ordering the brown because i don’t want to go much darker. Will the brown completely cover the gray?
Also, are your products available for sale in the Miami or Fort Lauderdale area? or do I have to order online?
Thanks!
That is why we are all here!
I tell everyone regardless to do a skin test. Some people are allergic to the sun, honey, shell fish, nuts etc … they are all good for us, however you never know. The odds of you having a reaction are little to none.
It should not, but always use caution. The sooner you wipe it up the better. It will wash out of towels as long as it does not sit for days.
Hi- does the henna stain bathtubs, sinks, Corian, etc.?
Well you do not have to worry about it dying your skin. It will in fact dye your skin at first , but even with a light completion it will be gone by tomorrow. Mix it thicker than usual and make sure you clean your eyebrows with a tooth brush and mild soap prior. Do not get it in your eyes! Pad them dry and apply Harvest Moon Dye and let it sit for no more than an hour. 45 minutes should probably do it as well. Once you have rinsed it your face will start producing natural oils and this will make the henna stain disappear over night. When you shower in the morning rinse around your eyebrows really well. If there is still some stain left you can shampoo around it. after 24-48 hours you can use soap. The stain is permanent and will last a long time on your eyebrows.
I love the henna for dying my hair and really want to do my eyebrows. The problem I have is that I am very fair and my skin stains easily so what do you recommend to take off the henna off my skin. Also do you recommend the henna oil in the henna with the water or just the henna and water. Thanks
Ann
I am allergic to hair dye. (I bleed) I want to be sure that your product will be a good alternative. What are the chances that I will have a reaction to your product. Should I do a skin test first?
Who did you buy it from?
It will just show in the sunlight…. BUT you the more you do it the more you will see it. Just use red. You can do it every two weeks if you like or more.
Hello, i am dyein my hair for the first time and i plan on using henna products…..well i was wondering….. since i have very dark brown ( almost black) hair if i were to dye mi hair a natural red will it have a “bold” effect or just show up in the sunlight…. I am wanting to completely go red for the record ( : please respond
It wont if you used our henna. I cannot speak for others.
How bad will my hair get messed up if I dye over my henna with chemicals?
This weekend I went for it and decided to do the henna & indigo for a black coloring. Today is day 3 and my hair never looked so beautiful. I’m really impressed and very happy with Harvest Moon product. Before using the henna, my hair was thinning on the sides and it was very noticeable and embarrassing. I had a dandruff problem out of this world that I could not get rid of. Now my hair looks fuller, healthier, and my scalp feels great. Now my daughter wants me to due her hair and I would definitely recommend Henna Hut as an excellent quality of henna for naturally dying your hair. Thank you.
All you need to do is use the dark brown on the areas that are gray or do your entire head if it does not match perfectly. dark brown on dark brown will make it darker, so you might consider brown.
Hi,
I have dark brown hair and am starting to go gray (near temples and throughout.
What is the best henna formulation to use to avoid the gray from turning brassy red.
thanks,
